The first step in joining is to let us know. We will look to add you into a league as soon as possible or build a league in your industry. As soon as we have a big enough pool of entrants we open the league and the games begin.

Once confirmed and, we'll organise the fixtures with our partner venues across London. We hire referees where we need to, and some of the team will be on hand during the evenings to oversee the games.

Leagues will last 6-8 weeks in most cases. Our sales team focuses on driving competition between companies closest competitors to make sure all gets left out on the pitch every week. Companies are welcome to enter more than one department too.

- 6 a side, 2 subs allowed
